BODY WORLDS. THE RHYTHM OF LIFE

Dr. Gunther von Hagens, inventor of the plastination technique, and Dr. Angelina Whalley, creative and conceptual designer, presented their latest exhibition "BODY WORLDS. The Rhythm of Life" at IFEMA Madrid's Espacio 5.1.

The world's most successful anatomy exhibition arrived in 2021 with a highly topical theme. "Body Worlds: The Rhythm of Life" featuring the latest anatomy and health and wellness discoveries in a visually compelling, highly entertaining and educational exhibit.

"BODY WORLDS" has been presented in different cities around the world. This exhibition changes the way we look at ourselves and, eventually, our lifestyle, providing the opportunity to learn about human anatomy, physiology and health through an experience specially focused on our bodies and modern daily life. A large collection of plastinated specimens-including whole bodies, body configurations, translucent parts and organs, as well as three-dimensional installations and interactive zones-organized and presented in thematic areas representing the various systems of the human body.
